Our Pinot Grigio’s complexities denote a strong presence of the clay soil found in the terroir of the Piave which runs along the border of the Venetian province. A delightful bouquet of acacia flowers and green apple with a minerality and savoriness that is carried throughout the palate.
It’s impressively fresh and intense and perfect with spicy seafood or any fish dish.
