This high quality Prosecco from Dogarina is one of the finest examples from the Province of Treviso – the official home of Prosecco production. It is extremely high quality and one of our personal favourites to drink when at home in our villa near Venice. Along with the typical characteristics of Prosecco, herbaceous aromatic aromas of fruit and flowers that linger long after the first sip, our Extra Dry Prosecco has a wonderful minerality to it but also has an energy that runs throughout this particular example that sets it apart. Excellent for an aperativo during Happy Hour with hors d’oeuvres, but also especially good in place of a regular bottle of wine with ethnic and sweet and sour dishes.
